Spend your vacation with us!

A great way for alumni to reconnect with camp is by volunteering for a week. We will match you with a staff member to counsel a tent together. We think it is best if the seasoned alumni are matched with current staff because it is a mentoring experience for both people. The alum will learn current camp life tidbits from the counselor and the staff member will learn some new skills from the alum. We will place you at the activities of your choice. Just fill out a volunteer application and contact the Camp Director to arrangep a week that would work for you.


Volunteers are needed Year-round

There are many opportunities all year-round to volunteer at Phantom Lake YMCA Camp. We always welcome community members, camp families and alum to help out as greeters on opening day or weekend retreats. Community events such as Breakfast with Santa or Breakfast with the Easter Bunny are fun ways to get your family or organization involved at camp. Organize a group of volunteers and "create your own project". Call camp for 262.363.4386 currrent volunteer needs and project ideas.


Scout Projects

Attention all Scouts looking for an Eagle Scout or Gold Award Project idea! Bring your crew out to Phantom Lake YMCA Camp to help the community and this historical YMCA Camp! Contact the Camp Director at 262.363.4386 to set up an appointment to discuss project possibilities.


To volunteer at Phantom Lake YMCA Camp, you must fill out the Application Form, and a Parent release form if you are under 18.
