Guestbook

No registration is required to participate in our Guestbook. You are required, however, to list your name for your entry to be processed (however a last name is not required, and an "alias" can be used). You have the option to provide some additional information such as e-mail address and hometown. This information is made available to connect others in the Phantom Lake YMCA Camp community. If you have any concerns about providing this information, simply leave the fields blank, and make sure “Hide E-mail” is checked and just your entry will still be listed.

IF YOU ARE 12 YEARS OF AGE OR YOUNGER and would like to participate in our Guestbook, we would ask that you get your parents permission before doing so.


Photos and Video

All photo or video images taken/gathered by Phantom Lake YMCA Camp belong to the camp, for the purpose of promoting the camp, and these images may appear on our website, in promotional videos, or print material. Phantom Lake YMCA Camp assumes the privilege of using these images as a condition of using the camp facilities. All photos including those on the PhotoGallery on PhantomLakeYMCA.org are copyright 2006. Permission must be granted from Phantom Lake YMCA Camp, Inc., for any use or duplication of these photos.

If you see a photo and/or caption of yourself or your child that you do not want featured on our website, please and we will remove it promptly. If you do not want photo or video images of you or your child used for promotional reasons, please and we will take every reasonable effort to limit the use of these images.


Information Requests and E-mail Communication

If you use the Contact Us or Update your Info section of the website, there are situations when you are required to provide us contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, or mailing address. Phantom Lake YMCA Camp has many security features in place for our website to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. PhantomLakeYMCA.org is backed up on a periodic basis by our website hosting service. In addition, copies of the website are maintained offline by our Web Team, in case of system failure.
